NALA Announced the New Computerized Certified Paralegal Exam
NALA’s prestigious CLA/CP certification is a nationwide credential for legal assistants. The credentials has been recognized by the American Bar Association as a designation which marks a high level of professional achievement. The CLA/CP is no longer a two day comprehensive examination is now computerized. However, it is still based on federal law and procedure. The CLA/CP certification is a high honor certification that is recognized by all the states. Late Application Fee Testing Windows Application Deadline w/$25 late filing fee
September 1-30 August 1 August 10 January 1-30 December 1 December 10 May 1-31 April 1 April 10
Student Eligibility: Paralegal student who are nearing graduation may take the Certified Paralegal examination under certain conditions.
Graduation Date Testing Window No Later Than January March 15 May July 15 September November 15
